The Sidama Cohort Graduated!
The final cohort of the first round of High Impact Leadership (HIL) Training has completed their journey, bringing this phase of the program to a successful close.
The graduation ceremony, attended by representatives from the Federal Ministry of Health, Sidama Regional Health Bureau, Amref Health Africa, the Ethiopia Public Health Association, and partners, reflected a shared recognition: strong primary health care depends on strong leadership.
The event also brought together HIL graduates with exemplary performance from other regions, creating a moment of shared recognition and learning across cohorts.
HIL is an investment in people who make daily decisions that shape service quality, accountability, and patient outcomes.
As these leaders return to their institutions, they carry clarity, confidence, and the responsibility to lead forward.
