HIL 2025 Oromia Cohort Graduated!

Last week, the third cohort of High Impact Leadership Training graduated 31 health professional women from the Oromia region.

The program sparked more than skill-building; it strengthened confidence, amplified voices, and the ability to influence change within health facilities. During the  journey, participants stepped into leadership roles, motivated their peers, and addressed challenges with purpose and determination, becoming a change in their community and health facilities.

Regional and Woreda health leadership emphasized that the HIL training is highly practical and goal-oriented which enabled participants to move beyond theory and apply strategic problem-solving directly in their health facilities.

As these leaders return to their workplaces, they do so prepared to drive meaningful and lasting improvements across the health system.

Our sincere appreciation for everyone involved in this journey. A huge congratulations to the Oromia HIL graduates, we look forward to the impact ahead.
